Be Confident & Challenging
Confidence is a belief that Baxter Neumann has the capability to deliver what we promise to clients. It is underpinned by the calibre of our team, the methods we use and the value we add. Be a ‘critical friend’, challenge assumptions, offer solutions.

Be Collaborative & Connected
Become a trusted adviser, helping leaders and their teams to be more aligned, connected and effective. Connectivity involves building strong relationships; facilitating access to people, ideas and a better way of doing things.

Be Compassionate & Commercial
Since our launch in 2000, Baxter Neumann has always supported charitable causes. This year it will include Breast Cancer Research and Francis House Children’s Hospice. 10% of our profits go to charity. In making a profit and delivering value for our clients, we try to make ‘doing good’ an integral part of doing well: compassionate capitalism.

Creative & Relevant
Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower (Steve Jobs). Ideas are worth nothing unless executed. Execution makes ideas relevant. We need to ‘think’ and ‘do’, to help bridge the strategy (vision, ambition, ideas) and execution (practical, integrated delivery).
Diversity and Inclusion
Within our business and client projects we work with candidates, assessees and coachees to help them to be the ‘best they can be’ in the selection process and business environment. We ensure a level playing field in respect of diversity and inclusion.
We each have strengths and development needs (male and female colleagues). Our approach is to provide coaching and support to optimise individual business performance and contribution.
The Baxter Neumann team support a number of charities including: Marie Curie, Macmillan, Breast Cancer Now, Motor Neurone Disease, MIND, Salvation Army, Crisis and St. Luke’s Hospice, Cheshire.
