The Market Intelligence Mapping Report, delivers the first stage of a search assignment. The report provides an overview of the prime candidates within a sector and function, against a target role. Through this process we also provide competitive intelligence on where potential candidates are found, their current role and backgrounds. This approach provides a cost-effective scan of the market to enable the client to decide whether to pursue an internal succession plan or to initiate an external market search.
