Our leadership programmes reflect an organisation's aspiration to change and become more agile. Recognising that while strategic thinking is important, unless operational excellence is achieved and certain tactical opportunities are realised, a strategic 'game changing' proposition will gain little traction. Our approach it to provide practical skills development focused on leading change, influence, credibility and driving high performance through people improvements.
Personal Brand, Impact and
Why have an impact coach?
Our coaching is designed for senior managers or executives who want to raise their ‘personal bar’; to have more gravitas and influence with their boss, team, peer group, customers or stakeholders.
As the Amazon founder Jeff Bezos once said: “personal brand is what people say about you when you leave the room”. Personal brand perception can be influenced, managed and improved. The benefits from which include: more support for your proposition or adopted position; less tension and frustration. Personal branding is an aggregation of how you look, how you speak and how you act… an effective coaching intervention needs to address all of these to help you be the best that you can be.
Your Personal Brand
360° feedback can be invaluable in this context. Having an independent facilitator or coach involved in the process can encourage more candid and also more constructive comment.
Great presentations and ‘difficult conversations’…
Presentational impact is crucial for any executive. It can be learned, improved and adapted for large audiences, internal meetings, ‘121’ conversations and BD pitches. The most effective and memorable presentations given by successful leaders encapsulate certain principles and proven techniques. Baxter Neumann will share these insights, experience and tools with participants. Using multi-media examples and relevant video footage to support our coaching programme, the content is practical and relevant to the commercial world in which we operate.
We have also coached executives and senior teams specifically in the area of ‘challenging or difficult conversations’. Giving candid feedback and in the process of doing so, maintaining respect and avoiding irreparable damage to the relationship.
