Tom Parry has been appointed a Partner in the Executive Search practice of Baxter Neumann, to further strengthen delivery capability for clients in: PE, Financial, Legal and Professional Services.
Tom, a graduate in Psychology from the University of Oxford, began his consulting career at Arthur Andersen. He then moved into Search, working for Whitehead Mann (now Korn Ferry Whitehead Mann). Subsequently, Tom moved into corporate finance with leading US Global Law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. He worked on a number of pan-European financial transactions for Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and a restructuring of high-profile SIV funds for Goldman Sachs. Combining his interest in International Capital Markets and Structured Finance, with Executive Search, Tom joined Major, Lindsey & Africa, the world’s largest Legal Search firm. In addition to his broader business experience, Tom has spent more than 12 years in Executive and NED Recruitment.
