A huge thanks to our Clients, Colleagues and Associate Partners for enabling a strong performance in 2020. Despite the pandemic challenges, we were privileged to secure several business opportunities as well as new and retained projects from our existing client portfolio. Consequently, in Q4 2020 we were able to continue the firm’s support for and contributions to our nominee charities.

So what have we been doing and what does 2021 offer?
The following client projects were completed and new engagements came on stream:
- Market Intelligence (MI) engagements. Two types of project. Firstly, a highly cost effective and discreet means of completing executive search mandates, with speed and precision. 12 MI projects in 2020 in addition to our full search delivery. Secondly, MI projects relating to reward, best practice, benchmarking and competitor insight.
- Board & Governance work. We currently have Client mandates for two Chair Succession processes. Secondly, work initiated in July 2020 by a Group CEO client, to review the Leadership Model, support strategic planning and facilitation; in 2021 we are now into a launch phase of the new operating model, working with the sponsor and top team on transition, agility and performance enhancement.
- Leadership Assessment & Coaching. For succession, hiring due diligence and developmental purposes. NED opportunity specific support and Career Transition Coaching now represent a significant % of Baxter Neumann engagements.
