We are delighted to support the Government’s vision to increase the number of female leaders in FTSE companies.  Penny Harris, Partner, Baxter Neumann commented “We are proud to be a member of the Voluntary Code of Conduct for Executive Search firms. It’s important recognition of our focus, both within BN and for our clients, to increase female presence on Boards. In our own firm we reflect these principles with a 50/50 representation leadership model”
Baxter Neumann have collaborated with other progressive organisations in the private and public sectors to support their E,D& I strategies, Bloomberg, National Nuclear as well as leading SMEs.
Probably more than most recruitment firms, BN have a proven and rigorous process to ensure diversity and inclusion is embedded at each stage of the search and selection process.  Penny added: ” The talent is out there, it doesn’t sit on a database or simply respond to an ad…you need to research and engage. Having the right proposition is important; having credible and authentic people to front that proposition is crucial.” Shortlists have at least 33% female representation or all Board and Senior Management roles. Recent projects in both public and private sectors, have seen an equal split of Male/Female senior appointments.
In the Coaching & Mentoring space, BN have a strong reputation supporting high potential female leaders to progress to Board level roles.
